In Tandem Counseling is currently seeking licensed and pre-licensed therapist to join our practice. Working at In Tandem Counseling provides a space for growth and development toward licensure in an environment built to train quality trauma therapists in our field. This is a contract position that provides options for building a caseload of private pay or insurance based clients, working in person, remotely, or a hybrid of both, and having agency and autonomy to create your own schedule. Also included in the position is the option for MFT, LPC, or LPCC supervision toward Licensure, from Kelly Haase, MA, LMFT. Kelly is the owner of In Tandem as well as a Certified AIR Network Therapist, EMDR, DBT, EFT and Gottman trained therapist and is a MN MFT Board Approved Supervisor and MN BBHT Approved Supervisor.

Job Description:
Clinicians will provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy to a variety of clients from diverse populations. Services are provided either in person or via telehealth. Office is located at 3250 Rice St, Little Canada, MN 55126. Remote location of your choosing is an option at your own expense.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Offering in person and/or telehealth therapy sessions
- Using an Electronic Health Record for HIPAA compliant documentation and keeping of client files
- Collaborating with other clinicians regarding case consultation and coordination of care
- Referring clients to appropriate level of care, and other medical professionals when necessary
- Meeting all requirements of appropriate state licensing board (ex. MFT, BBHT, MSW) regarding client care, documentation and all ethical expectations according with state regulations
Required Qualifications:
Must have completed a Master’s Degree in MFT or psychology (LPC or LPCC track) and be pre-licensed or licensed to practice therapy in the state of MN.

Compensation:
- 1099 Contractor range between 60%-75% which includes supervision and furnished office space when needed.
